Berlin, 26 & 27 June 2025. Two days full of energy, ideas and solutions: Around 600 students, thought leaders and representatives from business, politics and science came to the Enactus National Cup 2025, the largest event for student entrepreneurship in Germany. With pure passion, innovative creative drive and persuasiveness, the Enactus teams presented their projects and how they solve the challenges of the present and future in an entrepreneurial way. The aim: to create an ecological, social and economic impact.

National Champion 2025 is the Enactus team from the University of Münster. The team impressed with its Seads project: Reducing CO2 with seagrass and making the seeds usable as food:

In 5 years you will find seaweed seeds on your plate instead of rice and help to save CO2!

The cheers were huge, the emotions palpable: Seads - seagrass not only binds CO₂, it also protects coasts, promotes biodiversity and can serve as a sustainable food resource. A project with a holistic approach in the fight against climate change. As the new national champion, the team from Enactus Münster will represent Germany at the Enactus World Cup in Bangkok, Thailand, where the champions from all 35 Enactus countries will pitch from 26 to 28 September 2025.

Once again this year, a big thank you goes to our great jury members and funding partners who made the NC possible, especially to this year's hosts of the preliminary round: European Commission, Delta Campus, Formo and Hasso Plattner Institute, who have made a significant contribution to the success of the National Cup in Berlin.

2025 is also an anniversary year, because we are celebrating 50 years of Enactus worldwide. That means 50 years of "Entrepreneurial Action For Others Creates A Better World For Us All" with 1.5 million students and thousands of charitable start-ups with a demonstrable impact. In Germany, around 1,700 students at 30 universities are active in our program.

The Enactus National Cup 2025 was more than a competition - it was a beacon of innovation and engagement where we all win through the common good approach. We thank all participants, partners and supporters for this inspiring journey.

We are looking forward to the World Cup on 26 September in Bangkok, Thailand with Seads, as well as our next National Cup in Cologne in 2026.
