Mentoring, Leadership & Impact – Enactus at Bloomberg in Frankfurt

Team spirit, exchange, and plenty of inspiration – the "Bloomberg Finance Pathways" event in Frankfurt was a great success!

Around 50 Enactees from across Germany gathered at Bloomberg’s offices for a day full of insights, hands-on sessions, and deep dives into leadership, team dynamics, and entrepreneurial impact.

A Day Full of Energy and Exchange

From the very beginning, the atmosphere was open and motivating. Bloomberg was impressed by the curiosity, questions, and engagement shown by the Enactees. In joint workshops, topics such as responsible leadership, team communication, and impact-driven entrepreneurship were brought to life.

A special highlight: Thanks to Bloomberg, our students will receive six months of access to an exclusive online workshop program focused on leadership, teamwork, and professional development. Additionally, another joint event is already being planned for spring 2026.

New perspectives and valuable connections for a strong network

In addition to gaining insights into Bloomberg’s working environment, participants also formed valuable new connections for future meetups within the Enactus network.

Because that’s what it’s all about – bringing together students, alumni, and partners to learn from one another, share ideas, and create impact together.
