Regional Training Weekend 2026

October 22, 2026

25 Workshops. 4 Regions. 130 Students.

On October 16th and 17th, our training weekend took place simultaneously in four regions for the first time: in Hanover, Cologne, Mannheim, and Nuremberg. As part of the Enactus Impact Academy, around 130 students came together to prepare for the new Enactus year.

Anyone who wants to make a sustainable impact needs strong teams, clear structures, and people who take responsibility without losing themselves in the process. That’s why, in addition to professional know-how, soft skills were especially in focus: giving feedback, leading teams, presenting confidently, and staying capable under pressure.

Just as important as the workshops were the exchange between the Enactees. Whether during breaks, at the evening program or in the sessions themselves, students from different cities shared experiences, learned from each other, and built new connections within the Enactus network.

A huge thank you to all our workshop facilitators for sharing their knowledge and experience with our community, to our hosts and sponsor partners and to all the Enactees who brought so much energy to the weekend! 💛
